SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Your order will be shipped the same or next business day (Monday through Friday) as long as it is received before 4:00 PM AEST. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, there may be a delay in shipping your order.
Deliveries generally arrive within 2-4 business days within Australia and 5-12 business days for international orders.
Ship to Countries
The following is a list of countries we currently ship to. Some items, however, may be restricted by your local laws. It is your responsibility to be aware of these restrictions before placing an order. If you order an item that is prohibited in your location and it is returned to us, your refund will exclude any shipping and customs fees that we incur.

RETURNS POLICY
Our philosophy is simple: we want you to be happy with the products you receive from RANKD. If you are not happy with what you receive, we are proud to accept a return on any product in resalable condition (with tags and free of odors) for a full 14 days (21 days for international customers) from the day we ship your package - with no restocking fee!
RANKD will fairly assess each individual item return or exchange to determine who is at fault. RANKD will not cover the cost of shipping on items deemed "incorrect" at the fault of the customer. For example if a customer orders the wrong size or colour item, they will be required to cover the return postage of the item they wish to return/exchange. Once the item is received and confirms the item is in resalable condition, a replacement will be sent.
RANKD do not accept returns or exchanges of damaged goods deemed to be the fault of the customer.
If an order is deemed "incorrect" or "damaged" at the fault of RANKD, we will cover all shipping costs. This will include paid returned postage for the returning /exchanged item.
Customers may be required to supply photo's and other forms of proof as to the state of the item you wish to return/exchange.

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
Promotional Discounts and Items
If you choose to return an item that was part of a promotional discount, any refund you receive will be less the amount of the promotion.
If you received a bonus item with your order and choose to return a qualifying item(s), you must also return the bonus item. Failure to return the bonus item will result in a decrease in your refund equal to the value of the bonus item.
Refunds
Typically, returns are processed within two business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, you should see the refund within a few days after processing. If you haven't received your refund in ten business days after we received your return, please contact us for additional assistance.
